Defective Product If
you have received a defective product, please inform to AA-1
USA within 24 hours of receipt of material, if you
received broken parcel, please notify the delivery driver at the
time of taking delivery, Mist Cooling, Inc will exchange the
defective item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping
costs until product is declared defective. If product is declared
defective, customer will be credited the cost of the product and the
return shipping cost. If replacement item is desired, Mist cooling,
inc will not ship the new item until receipt of return defective
goods.
Manufacturer Warranted Products In the event a product is warranted , all warranty
policies and restrictions apply.Manufacturer warranties supercede
all Mist Cooling, Inc warranties
